To add milk, tap Add Entry on the Dashboard (home screen) and select the required shift. Then choose the customer's Account Number (Acno), enter the milk weight, Fat and SNF, and tap Save. The amount is calculated automatically from your rate chart.

Use Pay & Receive to record a payment to or from a single customer. To settle many customers at once, open Menu -> Bulk Payment. All payments appear in the transaction history.

Yes. Open Menu -> Product Management to add your products (for example ghee, paneer, cattle feed) with their prices. Then use Sell Product to record a sale to a customer. Product sales are included in the customer's bill.
