Open Menu -> Milk Rate Configuration. You can set rates based on Fat, or Fat & SNF, separately for sellers (purchasers) and buyers. You can build the chart manually, or import a ready-made chart. A sample chart is available here.

The app automatically calculates the milk amount from the configured rate chart whenever you add an entry.
